CONCERNANT LE PROJET DE LOGEMENTS \u00c0 SHAWVILLE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En vertu du projet de loi 31, sanctionn\u00e9 par le gouvernement du Qu\u00e9bec le 21 f\u00e9vrier 2024, qui vise \u00e0 accro\u00eetre et \u00e0 pr\u00e9server l’offre de logements sociaux, abordables ou \u00e9tudiants, et \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des r\u00e8gles temporaires pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la r\u00e9alisation de projets d’habitation, la Municipalit\u00e9 de Shawville annonce la tenue d’une consultation publique concernant un projet d’habitation soumis \u00e0 son autorisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OBJET DE LA CONSULTATION :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce projet d’habitation pr\u00e9voit la construction d’un complexe d’habitation comprenant 4 b\u00e2timents de 6 logements chacun situ\u00e9s sur le lot : 5 638 206 du chemin John-Dale, dont la majorit\u00e9 sont des logements qui seront consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme abordables. Ce projet peut \u00eatre exempt\u00e9 de certaines exigences de la r\u00e9glementation d’urbanisme en vigueur, conform\u00e9ment aux pouvoirs accord\u00e9s par la Loi num\u00e9ro 31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
