CONSID\u00c9RANT que <\/strong>les d\u00e9penses relatives au taux d\u2019imposition g\u00e9n\u00e9ral (taux de taxe) de 0,64\/100 sur toutes les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s imposables du village de Shawville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSID\u00c9RANT QUE <\/strong>le Conseil de la Municipalit\u00e9 de Shawville juge opportun que le taux du mill\u00e9sime demeure \u00e0 0,64\/100 $.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSID\u00c9RANT QUE <\/strong>le conseiller Bill Hobbs a donn\u00e9 avis de motion lors d\u2019une r\u00e9union ordinaire du Conseil tenue le 24 septembre 2024 <\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il est d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9 ce qui suit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 1 :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le r\u00e8glement num\u00e9ro 446-5 est par la pr\u00e9sente abrog\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 2 :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un taux d’imposition de 0,64\/100 sera impos\u00e9 pour chaque propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du village de Shawville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 3 :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le r\u00e8glement num\u00e9ro 446-6 entrera en vigueur conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi et s\u2019appliquera d\u2019ici l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Le r\u00e8glement num\u00e9ro 446-6 a \u00e9t\u00e9 lu et adopt\u00e9 sur motion de Bill Hobbs, ce 10e jour de d\u00e9cembre 2024 et entrera en vigueur conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
