CONSID\u00c9RANT QUE <\/strong>le Conseil de la Municipalit\u00e9 de Shawville juge opportun d\u2019augmenter le tarif exig\u00e9 pour ce service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSID\u00c9RANT QUE <\/strong>le Conseil de la Municipalit\u00e9 de Shawville juge opportun que la taxe sur les ordures augmente de 370,00 $ \u00e0 380,00 $.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSID\u00c9RANT QUE <\/strong>le conseiller Denzil Yach a donn\u00e9 avis de motion lors d\u2019une r\u00e9union ordinaire du Conseil tenue le 24 septembre 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSID\u00c9RANT QUE <\/strong>l\u2019article 2 a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il est d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9 ce qui suit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 1 :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le r\u00e8glement num\u00e9ro 445-3 est par la pr\u00e9sente abrog\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 2 <\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voici comment placer correctement les bacs le jour de la collecte :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9TAPE 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"APlacez tous les articles dans des sacs poubelles dans les poubelles et assurez-vous que le couvercle est compl\u00e8tement ferm\u00e9. FAITES ROULER la poubelle jusqu\u2019au bord du trottoir\/de l\u2019all\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assurez-vous qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019obstructions au-dessus de la poubelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En hiver, assurez-vous que la benne ne se trouve pas sur la route et sur le chemin du chasse-neige . Et que le couvercle soit d\u00e9barrass\u00e9 de la neige et de la glace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9TAPE 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ASSUREZ-VOUS QUE LA POIGN\u00c9E DE LA POUBELLE EST FACE \u00c0 VOTRE MAISON.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Placez le(s) bac(s) avec les roues et la poign\u00e9e face \u00e0 votre maison et l’ouverture du couvercle face \u00e0 la rue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9TAPE 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

LES BACS DOIVENT AVOIR 3 \u00c0 5 PIEDS D’ESPACE.<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assurez-vous qu’il n’y a rien devant la poubelle. Il doit y avoir un espace de 3 \u00e0 5 pieds de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s du ou des bacs. NE <\/strong>placez aucun d\u00e9chet sur le couvercle ou \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la poubelle. Tous les d\u00e9chets doivent \u00eatre dans un sac \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la poubelle avec le couvercle compl\u00e8tement ferm\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si votre poubelle n\u2019est pas plac\u00e9e de la bonne mani\u00e8re, nos employ\u00e9s des Travaux Publics pourraient ne pas ramasser vos d\u00e9chets. Tous les d\u00e9chets doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9s dans la poubelle pour la collecte municipale. Veuillez rapporter votre poubelle \u00e0 votre domicile dans les 24 heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 3<\/u><\/strong> <\/strong>Tout dommage caus\u00e9 \u00e0 la poubelle sera \u00e0 la charge du propri\u00e9taire. Veuillez contacter la mairie pour conna\u00eetre les modalit\u00e9s de remplacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le r\u00e8glement num\u00e9ro 445-4 entrera en vigueur conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi et s\u2019appliquera d\u2019ici l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Le r\u00e8glement num\u00e9ro 445-4 a \u00e9t\u00e9 lu et adopt\u00e9 sur motion de Katie Sharpe, ce 10e jour de d\u00e9cembre 2024 et entrera en vigueur conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
