The employee will manage various municipal services during the winter months including:
- Snow removal (plowing and sanding)
- Maintenance of roads, parking lots, and sidewalks
- Garbage and Recycling pickup
Mandatory Conditions of Employment:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalency
- Licensing: Class 3 driver’s license with F endorsement
- Skills: Ability to run heavy equipment
Personal Qualities:
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills
- Discretion and good judgment when dealing with the public.
- Mechanical aptitude
Working Conditions:
- The schedule is subject to change and may include working:
- Days, evenings, nights, weekends (as needed)
