Due to the ongoing postal strike, the Municipality of Shawville is currently unable to send out the voters list for Shawville and the MRC Pontiac for warden.

You may present yourself to the Board of Revisors at the following location and times:
📍 350 Rue Main Street, Shawville, Quebec
📅 Schedule:
- Tuesday, October 14, 2025 – 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 15, 2025 – 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Required documents:
To apply for entry on the voters list, you must provide two documents:
- One showing your name and date of birth
- One showing your name and residential address
If you are applying to register another person, you must also provide:
- Their previous domicile address
- The same two types of documents listed above
Don’t reside in Shawville but own property or operate a business here?
If your residence is located outside the municipality, but you own property or operate a business establishment in Shawville, you must contact the Returning Officer to complete an application for entry.
If you are a co-owner or co-occupant, you must also file a power of attorney with the Returning Officer.
