The property assessment inspectors from the MRC Pontiac will be doing some home visits for the next few weeks in our municipality. We kindly ask that you welcome them on your property to do their work . Thank you for your collaboration
The evaluation department of the MRC Pontiac is currently doing inspections in the Municipality for one or more of the following reasons:
1. Updating property file inventory (mandatory visit at least once every 9 years to ensure that the information we have concerning your property is still valid and accurate).
2. Questionnaire following the purchase of your property. (mandatory visit to collect certain information for a market study following the purchase of your property).
3. Construction / renovation / demolition permit. (mandatory visit following the delivery of a construction, renovation or demolition permit from your Municipality).
