Residents who wish to begin composting may place their brown compost bin out with the regular garbage bin on Tuesdays until further notice starting on January 6. An official compost pick-up schedule is still being worked out.
Please do not use plastic bags of any kind, including those labeled compostable or biodegradable. Paper like Bag to Earth paper food-waste bags are recommended, as they are 100% compostable.
