MUNICIPALITY OF SHAWVILLE BY-LAW NUMBER 402 (TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 266 AND 289) THAT MOBILE CANTEENS MUST BE CONNECTED TO THE WATER AND SEWAGE SYSTEM
Whereas the Council deems it advisable to require the issuing of permits for the operation of mobile canteens; Whereas the Council of the Municipality of Shawville deems it advisable to require permits for mobile canteens;
Whereas notice of motion was given by Frank Stafford Jr. February 23, 2010
Therefore, By-Law 266 and 289 is amended as follows:
ARTICLE 3 INSTALLATION STANDARDS Mobile Canteens will not be allowed in any zone in the Village of Shawville, unless they are connected to the town water and sewage systems.
ARTICLE 4 EXCLUSIONS An exception will be made for special events which last for a short term period. The existing locations will be exempt under the Grandfather clause.
Therefore, By-Law No. 266 and 289 is amended as follows:
By-Law No. 402 was read and adopted on a motion by Royce Richardson, seconded by Frank Stafford, on the 23 day of February 2010 and it shall come into force according to law.

Attendu que le Conseil juge opportun d’exiger la délivrance de permis pour l’exploitation de cantines mobiles; Attendu que le Conseil de la municipalité de Shawville juge opportun d’exiger la délivrance de permis pour les cantines mobiles;
considérant qu’une motion a été déposée par Frank Stafford Jr. 23 février 2010
Par conséquent, les règlements 266 et 289 sont modifiés comme suit:
ARTICLE 3 NORMES D’INSTALLATION Les cantines mobiles ne sont autorisées dans aucune zone du village de Shawville, à moins qu’elles ne soient raccordées aux réseaux d’eau et d’égout de la ville.
ARTICLE 4 EXCLUSIONS Une exception sera faite pour les événements spéciaux de courte durée. Les sites existants seront exemptés en vertu de la clause d’antériorité.
Par conséquent, les règlements n° 266 et 289 sont modifiés comme suit:
Le règlement no 402 a été lu et adopté sur une motion de Royce Richardson, appuyée par Frank Stafford, le 23e jour de février 2010 et il entrera en vigueur conformément à la loi.
